Who can see this?

You, and anyone you invite into the household. A trade sees how many registered homes sit inside their service area — a number, never an address, never a name.

Will trades start calling me?

No. Your details are not sold, shared or passed on, and there is no route for a trade to contact you. Contact runs one way, and only when you start it.

Is this a listings site?

No. It is your property record first, and finding a trade is one tab inside it. Nobody buys placement, nobody buys ranking, and there are no adverts to sell.
